The US plan to end the war in Ukraine not only favors Russia (the aggressor) and punishes the victim (Ukraine). It also underscores how the US no longer views Europe as essential to its security.
a) It's more than a decade of Russian aggression. Crimea and Donbas were in 2014 or so.
b) Are you suggesting putting NATO troops into Ukraine? To my knowledge, Ukraine has not requested that. Alternatively, if you mean supplying weapons and other materiel, the European members of NATO have contributed more than the US has.
c) Why two years? What is it about that timespan that makes it more salient than one or three or four years? Or two months, for that matter.
Europe should have defended Ukraine after 2 years of Russian aggression.
