Ask Ivo — on Substack Live
A new monthly feature — I will go live the first Wednesday of every month (and more frequently if events warrant — to answer your questions and reflect on your thoughts.
I’m thrilled to be announcing the second session of “Ask Ivo.” While I’d promised to do this the first Wednesday of the month, I will be in the air June 3, so we’re postponing it a week — to June 10, at noon ET / 19.00 CET. Here’s the link.
As before, I’ll go live on Substack for about 30 minutes to answer your questions on U.S. foreign policy, global affairs, and whatever is happening in the world. You submit questions in advance — I’ll display them on screen as I answer — and I’ll also take questions live from the chat.
Because I am delaying the live session by a week — I’ll do a written Q/A next Wednesday. So ask me anything in the comments — and I will answer them in writing on June 3.
To submit a question for, just leave it in the comments below. I’ll answer all questions received before June 3 in writing, and the rest I will try to answer when we are live on June 10.
The Substack live will be open to everyone. I’ll publish the recording afterward for anyone who can’t make it.
See you June 10.

I would be interested in hearing what Ambassador Daalder's views are on the kind of Russia that is likely to emerge from the Ukraine war. I suspect it could be economically and politically troubled and potentially more dangerous than it is now.
Thank you
